All merchandise sold through the TPLU online store is produced on-demand through our fulfillment partner. Because of this process:

• All sales are final.

• We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or color preferences.

Exchanges or replacements are available only in the following cases:

• The product arrives defective or damaged.

• An incorrect item was shipped.
